Publication Fees

1. Publication Fees

According to Decision No. 3075/QĐ-ĐHSPHN, dated 29 July 2026, issued by Hanoi National University of Education, the publication support fees for articles published in the HNUE Journal of Educational Science, effective from 1 August 2026, are as follows:

• Authors who are not affiliated with Hanoi National University of Education: VND 3,000,000 per article (approximately USD 115).
• Full-time faculty members of Hanoi National University of Education: VND 2,100,000 per article (approximately USD 82).

Authors are required to pay 50% of the publication support fee prior to the commencement of the peer-review process. This  fee shall not be refunded if the manuscript is not accepted for publication. The remaining 50% shall be paid no later than two weeks after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

For manuscripts that have been accepted for publication, authors are obligated to resubmit the revised version in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Editorial Board. If the authors fail to resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified deadline (no more than two weeks), this fee will not be refunded.

Additional bank service charges will be the responsibility of the authors.

Note: Payment of any publication or processing fee does not influence manuscript evaluation, peer review or editorial decisions. Decisions to accept or reject manuscripts are based solely on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the Journal and peer-review outcomes.

3. Payment Note Format

When making the transfer, please use the following format for the transfer description:
