Format and Template

Article Structure Requirements

The sections of the article should be presented in the following order: (1) Title of the article, (2) Full name, affiliation, work address, and the author's country, (3) Corresponding author’s name, email address, (4) Information regarding the submission date, revision date, and acceptance date, (5) Abstract and keywords in both English and Vietnamese. For Vietnamese articles, sections (1) to (5) should be presented in two columns: the left column in English and the right column in Vietnamese.

Length Requirements

  • The title should be concise (maximum of 30 words), clearly reflecting the research content, not using abbreviations, and should be written in bold uppercase letters.

  • The abstract should be approximately 3–7 sentences.

  • Keywords should consist of 3–5 terms.

  • The introduction should be about 1-2 pages long.

  • The conclusion should be at least 3 sentences.

  • The reference list should not contain more than 20% of references from the author's own publications.

  • The total length of the article should not exceed 10 pages.

Content Guidelines

  • Slavic, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, etc., words should be translated into English.

Abstract:
The author should briefly present the article's ideas, summarize the research method, and provide a summary of the main findings. The author should also highlight the novelty or differences from previous studies.

Introduction:
The introduction should include the following:

  • The importance and significance of the research (citing relevant references).

  • A summary of research status both domestically and internationally (with cited references); the timeliness of the issue; problem statement, and research objectives.

  • The new aspect or difference of the research compared to previous studies (with references for comparison).

  • Citations should be made using numbers in square brackets. Citations from multiple sources should be listed in sequence, e.g., [1]-[n] for consecutive sources or [2], [4], [7] for non-consecutive sources. All references cited in the article must appear in the reference list.

Research Content:
The author should present the following:

  • The research method, time, and research tools.

  • The research content.

  • The results and discussion of the research findings.

Conclusion:
The author should summarize the main research findings, their significance, and potential directions for future research.

References:
The author should use reputable and recent references, preferably from the last 10 years.

Citations should be numbered in the order they appear in the article and listed at the end in square brackets.

Formatting Guidelines

Title:
The title should be written in bold uppercase letters, font size 12, centered, with 2 line spacing above.

Author Information:
The author's name should be listed below the title in regular font, font size 14, centered, with 1 line spacing above. For multiple authors, list as: Author 1, Author 2, and Author 3, with the corresponding author marked with an asterisk (e.g., Author 2*).

Below the author's name, the affiliation, country, and email of the corresponding author should be listed in italics, font size 12, centered.

Abstract and Keywords:
The abstract (in regular bold letters) and keywords (in italic bold letters) should appear beneath the author information. The content should be written in font size 11, left- and right-aligned with a 1 cm margin, with no indentation.

Document Formatting:

  • Entire document: Font size 12, Times New Roman, single spacing, paragraph spacing 2 pt before and after, first-line indentation 0.75 cm, with top margin 2.5 cm, bottom margin 2 cm, left margin 3 cm, right margin 1 cm, header/footer 1.5 cm.

  • Page orientation should be portrait, with page numbers positioned at the top right for odd pages and at the top left for even pages.

  • Paper size should be 19 cm × 27 cm.

Headings and Subheadings:

  • Main sections (1. Introduction, 2. Research Content, 3. Conclusion) should be in bold, font size 14, with 12 pt before and 6 pt after.

  • Subsections (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.) should be in bold, font size 13, with 6 pt before and 6 pt after.

  • Sub-subsections (2.1.1, 2.1.2, etc.) should be in bold, font size 12, with 2 pt before and 2 pt after.

  • References should be in bold uppercase letters, centered, with 1 line spacing before and after.

Tables and Figures:

  • Tables: Titles should be placed above the table in italic bold, centered.

  • Figures: Titles should be placed below the figure in italic bold, centered.

  • Use Times New Roman font for text and numbers in tables and figures. Ensure decimal points follow English formatting (using a dot) and in Vietnamese, use a comma.

Equations:
Equations should be written using MathType, centered, and numbered consecutively (e.g., (2.1), (2.2)).

References Formatting:

  • Articles: Author(s), year of publication (in parentheses), title of the article, journal name (italicized), volume(issue), page range, DOI if available.

  • Books: Author(s), year of publication (in parentheses), title of the book (italicized), edition, publisher, page range.

  • Conference papers: Author(s), year of publication (in parentheses), title of the paper, conference name (italicized), location/date, page range.

  • Online sources: Author(s), year of publication (in parentheses), title of the article (italicized), URL.

Abbreviations:
Abbreviations should be used only after their full term has been introduced. Common units (e.g., km, cm, m) may be used without definition.

Capitalization:
Follow standard English capitalization rules for proper nouns and titles, but avoid capitalizing common nouns or adjectives unless required by the context.

Number Formatting:
Decimal numbers should use a dot (.) as the separator in English, and a comma (,) in Vietnamese.

Date Formatting:

  • In Vietnamese: ngày [day] tháng [month] năm [year] (e.g., ngày 2 tháng 9 năm 1945).

  • In English: month day, year (e.g., October 12, 2023).
