SURVEY ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AT SELECTED MARINE AND ISLAND TOURIST DESTINATIONS IN CA MAU PROVINCE

Currently, Ca Mau province's tourism industry is developing quite rapidly, but there is considerable competitive pressure from other destinations in the country. Accordingly, surveying tourist opinions needs to be done regularly and is important in improving the service quality of destinations. The article evaluates the level of tourist satisfaction at 3 typical tourist destinations of the province including Mui Ca Mau, Khai Long, and Hon Da Bac with 10 criteria groups. Survey results show that the Mui Ca Mau tourist area is rated highest. In terms of criteria, in the 3 locations, the criteria group of security, destination safety, and environmental hygiene are rated the highest level of satisfaction, while the lowest rated belongs to destination accessibility criteria.
